We tutor in all subjects (including exam preparation) for ages 4-11 in Haslemere and the surrounding communities and also offer remote online tutoring.

Beth - Tutor

Beth

Beth has been a Primary School teacher across Surrey and Hampshire for over 5 years. She has led schools in the subjects of Art, Science and Languages.

Jack - Tutor

Jack

Jack spent the majority of his time in the classroom with Year 6 and is confident with exam preparation. He’s also worked for a children’s charity, specialising in Youth Voice.

Both Jack and Beth possess an up-to-date Enhanced DBS certificate and have extensive safeguarding training, so you can be assured that your child is in capable and nurturing company during their tuition.

    With a combined experience of over 10 years in the Primary classroom, Jack and Beth have also privately tutored children to help develop fluency and deepen their reasoning and understanding.

    Both Jack and Beth have a degree in Primary Education from the University of Winchester. Beth went on to gain a Masters in the subject and Jack received first class honours.

    Both tutors studied specialisms during their training, with Beth’s focus being Modern Foreign Languages and Jack studying the intricacies of learning Mathematics at a deeper level.

    Jack’s experience includes working for a children’s charity for over four years and Beth has been a Camp Counsellor in America and has also taught English abroad.
