At Tomes Tuition, we have developed our approach from working with hundreds of children that fosters a positive environment where your child is ready and motivated to learn and they see the value in their work.

We wholeheartedly believe that this step is the most important one. We strive to ensure that your child not only feels safe and ready to learn, but that they look forward to their sessions with enthusiasm and energy.

It is important to discover and celebrate your child’s strengths prior to working on their challenges. This builds confidence and show them how their skills will help them progress.

We then focus on uncovering gaps in knowledge and skills, as well as personal barriers to learning such as confidence and preferred learning styles.

We then co-create both short and long-term targets with you and your child, listening to what you want to achieve and how best we get there.

Time to have some fun. We will provide engaging and interactive sessions that utilise a mixture of digital and physical personalised resources to hit and exceed targets.
